Your room will be available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know your arrival time. Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day.
Pets are welcome in selected rooms on request. Please be considerate of other guests! Pets are not permitted in the wellness oasis, on the sunbathing lawn (with the exception of the dog island) or in the restaurant. There is a charge of € 23.00 per pet per night for additional room cleaning (excluding food). Dogs must be kept on a lead in the hotel and on the hotel grounds.
